For a long time, I had been looking for an app for an old Fire HD Tablet I have that turns it into a weather station. This “weather station” would feature the time, possibly the date, and some weather information. It took me quite a while in terms of research to find what I wanted to find, but I finally found the app that could do that.

The app that can turn an old Amazon Fire Tablet into a weather station is an app called WhatWeather. This app is exactly what I want, and you can see what I mean in the picture below. You can choose your desired location and have some great information to look at.

Hopefully this article is helpful for bringing some life into your Amazon Fire HD Tablet by displaying the time and details about the weather in a nice-looking yet efficient way.
